WedUploader

LensPool vs WedUploader: collect photos without connecting Google Drive

LensPool hosts event memories in your plan’s storage. WedUploader puts them in the host’s Google Drive, so the choice also depends on where you want to manage your files.

Where LensPool is the better choice

  • No personal Google Drive to connect: LensPool includes the gallery and storage.
  • Keep a separate space for your event, with storage and retention limits shown before you choose a plan.
  • Organize sections, then add photo approval and a live wall.

Questions, answered

Does LensPool need a Google account or spare Drive storage?

No. LensPool provides storage according to your plan. WedUploader uses the host’s Drive, so check that account’s available space before collecting files.

Can I try LensPool before choosing a plan?

Yes. The demo lets you try the guest journey, and the public generator lets you make a sign without signing up. You can also create a free album. See pricing for features, limits and retention.

Can I move an existing album to LensPool?

There is no automatic import from WedUploader. Download files you are allowed to reuse, then add them to LensPool within your plan limits. Comments and settings are not transferred.
